Currency All prices displayed on our store and all charges are processed in US Dollars (USD).
When You Are Charged Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. In the event that an item is out of stock or your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method promptly.
Pricing and Errors While we make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed on our store are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you by email before canceling your order.

Chargebacks and Disputes If you believe there is an error with a charge on your account, please contact us at brothershvacpros@outlook.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to work with you to resolve any billing issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being flagged and future orders being declined.
